When a candidate insults a group of voters in an upcoming primary state (
see here), there is a good chance that the candidate's favorability will wane in said state. These are the latest numbers from
the American Research Group on primary preference in Pennsylvania.
| | Mar | Mar | Apr | Apr |
Democrats | | 7-8 | 26-27 | 5-6 | 11-13 |
Clinton | | 52% | 51% | 45% | 57% |
Obama | | 41% | 39% | 45% | 37% |
Someone else | | 1% | 2% | 4% | 2% |
Undecided | | 6% | 8% | 6% | 4% |
That's an eight point drop, and it's a twenty point gap. You stay classy, Obama!
