Fourteen Terrorists Pushing Up Daisies

On Saturday, 27 January 2007, Coalition Forces closed on a foreign fighter safe house and engaged the enemy south of Baqubah. Close air support was called in and, when all was said and done, fourteen terrorists were dead, two suspected terrorists were in custody, and the targeted safe house was destroyed. As the MNF-Iraq press release stated:

This is another step closer to defeating the facilitation of foreign fighters in Iraq and helping establish a safe and peaceful Iraq.

Yet another blow to the terrorists that the MSM has decided not to cover.
