Biden Knows What It Takes To Be A Leader

Unfortunately for Biden, he does not know what a leader needs to know. From CBS News:

"Part of what being a leader does is to instill confidence is to demonstrate what he or she knows what they are talking about and to communicating to people ... this is how we can fix this," Biden said. "When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the princes of greed. He said, 'look, here's what happened.'"
The Great Stock Market Crash was in 1929, FDR served as president from 1933 through 1945, the first commericially produced CRT television sets became available in 1934, and the FCC issued the first commercial licenses for television in 1941. Actual history doesn't seem to match Biden's recollection of events.

That lack of knowledge does not instill confidence, Senator Biden. It does go a long way towards showing us the breadth of your knowledge, though.
